We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual where we determine it is not clinically appropriate. Our clinical team makes all prescribing decisions independently and in the patient's best interest.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber. Submission of a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
You must provide accurate and complete medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm to your health and the immediate termination of your account. Any prescription issued is valid only for the individual named and must not be shared with others.
Our pharmacists reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any prescription where clinical concerns exist.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed clearly before checkout.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day via a tracked postal service. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.
It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us, a redelivery charge may apply.
You may cancel your order at any time before a prescription has been dispensed. Once a prescription medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968 and UK pharmacy regulations.
If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us immediately. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–10 working days. If you have been charged for a consultation that did not result in a prescription being issued, a full refund for the medication cost will be applied.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Clevedon are for general health support purposes and do not replace the advice of your GP or primary healthcare provider. We strongly recommend that you inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
We are not liable for any adverse effects arising from the use of medications where accurate medical information was not disclosed during your consultation. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately.
